Step
1:
WeBspañol,
like any program, is sequential. This means that you
must
proceed in the order in which the information is given. If you skip
around, you will lose valuable information and only frustrate yourself and
hinder your progress. You should do lessons
in numerical order: 1 before 2 before 3, etc.
Step
2:
Each
lesson consists of five sections: Introducción,
Vocabulario, Gramática, Conversación and Cultura. It
is vital that you go through the sections in that
order. Do not do them out of order.
You must study each section and make sure you understand it before moving
on to the next section.
Step 3:
Within each lesson are sections or points. Please be sure to study
each point and make sure you understand it before moving to the next point.
Step 4:
You
will need to be honest with yourself about your comprehension.
Only you will be monitoring your progress. You would be cheating yourself
to move on to another point, section or lesson without fully understanding
the one that you are on. You have complete access to the entire lesson
for as long as you need it. Be sure to get your money's worth.
Step
5:
There
is a symbol of an old phonograph 
next to each section where you are to listen to audio
segments on your Real Audio Player. CLICK
ON THE IMAGE TO HEAR THE AUDIO. Each time you see another
image, you will hear a different audio segment. Not
all of the information you will need is contained in the text. If you
skip the audio segments, you will miss at least half of the material of the
program. The audio will ensure that you learn the correct pronunciation,
grammar and practice them in an actual conversation. Do
not skip over audio segments.
*When
you click the phonograph picture, this will launch the Real Player. Please
click back on the web browser or mimimize the Real Player Screen and follow
along with the text as the Real Player plays the music portion.
TIPS :
If there appear to be text overlaps on
a page or if information appears to be missing, click the "Refresh"
or "Reload" button on your browser.
Set
your text size to medium. (within your browser there will be a text size
selected to view web pages). That is the only way some of the pages will line-up.
After you complete each
quiz, you will see the answers page. It will display the answers you
got incorrect. If you'd like to see the answers you entered on the quiz
page, click the "back" button on your browser as the "back"
button on the web page will take you to a blank quiz page.
